I thought Yacht Rock was defined similarly to how Potter Stewart defined pornography: you know it when you see (or hear) it. Apparently I’m wrong.

Seriously. These guys made a whole website to rate what is Yacht Rock, or not. Anyways, The Shakedown is going to take a crack at many of the classics from this genre that include hits from Toto, Michael McDonald, Kenny Loggins, Boz Scaggs, and others that defined this silky smooth genre.
